Curry House Cocktail
Inspired by A British Indian Friend of Mine, this very inauthentic Indian Cocktail nods to British Indian cuisine and provides a kick of 'heat' for dinner. Turmeric and chili paste - while not raw, are used successfully as supplements in this context. A tsp of turmeric a day has been shown to reduce inflammation and improve health. Chili Paste is just yummy.
2 c Basic Savory Juice Base
2 tsp curry powder - try to buy a nice, nonirradiated one
1/2 tsp Vietnamise or Chinese Chili Garlic Paste
Whisk well and let chill for an hour or more.
